Several Plans And Attempts Were Done By The Two Brothers "Ramzi" And "Waseem" Along With Their Lifetime Friend "Hani" To Create A Band Starting From 2001 But All Were Canceled Or Dismissed … Which Reflected Being Unready To Fulfill the Task Of Starting A Project Like This. After A While "Hani" Gets Married And Leaves The Country To Macedonia And Having That "Waseem" Gets Busy With His High School Year And "Ramzi" Has A Rough Time Of Work And Study,All That Kept Them From Continuing The Way Towards Their Goal.

In The Middle Of 2003 , One Of "Waseem's" Beloved Friends At School "Esa Farah" That Of course Knew About The Things Mentioned Previously Tells "Waseem" About His Relative And Childhood Friend "Baha' " Who Has Been Doing His Year In Saudi Arabia. In The Late June 2003 , "Baha' " Returns And "Esa" Arranges A Meeting Between His Two Friends , So After The Guys Get To Know Each Other "Waseem" Finds Out That He Might Have Found An Aid To Re - Open The Band's File , So He Tells "Ramzi" About It And That They Should Give This Group That Seems To Be Sharing The Same Way Of Thinking A Chance , So After Holding Several Sessions Of Rehearsing Now That There Are Three In The Line Up The Band Issue Is Formally Re - iscussed And They Start With Their First Original "Instrumental" Music To See The Quality Of How Their Creation Would Be , And that Turns To Be A Real Success , So They Become Even More Encouraged , And Before completing The "Instrumental" The Idea Of "2nd War In Heaven" Comes Up ,And In That Moment They Knew That What They Were Doing Was Real , After The "Instrumental " Is Complete They Start Working On "2nd War In Heaven" With No Hesitation. During That Short While "Hani" Returns, And For Sure He's Not Forgotten, For He's a Friend Of Age, And Also A Tough Bassist That Knows How To Get His Work Appreciated So … Now We Have Four, The Basic Line Up Is Complete.

At That Time It Was Late 2003, And From That on "BiLocate" Decided To Rise Up As A Doom Death Metal Band, It Was Just The Style They Felt They Could Express What They Wanted With. In The Summer Of 2004, The Formation of 5 completes, Hani Tells The Band About A Solid Guitarist “Rami� Whom He Knew Before And Made A Very Powerfull Recommendation About. The Band Arranges A Meeting With “Rami� And Talks About The Band. Two Days Later The Band Arranges A Jamming Session To See “Rami� Playing, After Few Sessions The Band Decides That “Rami� Is The Perfect Choice To Fill His Place On Rhythm Guitars.
